TRANSCAUCASICA

TRANS-CAUCASICA.

This is a tough self seeding salvia with good white flowers.  It does not flower as long as many salvias but will keep its base foliage tidy and out of the way until it sends up its 50cm flower spikes again.

Transcaucasica has drought and frost hardy foliage and multiplies easily with fresh seed.   It is probably best in full sun.

Not much stock.   Sept. 22

This salvia has also been known as staminea,   in fact years ago one Victorian nursery was selling both transcaucasica AND staminea.
